Meet Pastor Asa-Baffour Justice
Early Life and Education
I was born into a Christian family; my late father (Mr. Justice Asayaw) was a pastor who laid the foundation of faith in our home. At the age of 15, I had a personal encounter with Christ during an Assemblies of God crusade after an altar call was made. My journey of discipleship began under the mentorship of Rev. Yeboah Bossman—then a Sunday School Representative in the Bono Region (Sunyani). He guided me through foundational classes and baptized me into the Assemblies of God Church, Ghana.
During my time at Senior High School, my faith deepened. In my very first term, I was appointed as the Organizer for Scripture Union (SU) Ghana, an international Christian organization present in over 130 countries. In that same term, I was also appointed as the Prayer Leader for the Assemblies of God Campus Ministry. I held these leadership roles faithfully until I completed school. Through evangelism and active ministry, I led many to Christ during this formative season.
Ministry Life
After high school, I returned home during vacations to oversee the Sunday School department at my local Assemblies of God church. Though managing children was not always easy, it grew in me a spirit of patience and responsibility. In 2015, I was officially appointed Youth Leader. During my tenure, our youth ministry excelled in district debates and outreach activities. We also engaged in impactful street evangelism initiatives.
I was privileged to be among a select group appointed to support the 2016 Christ for All Nations Crusade led by Evangelist Daniel Kolenda in Sunyani. This marked a turning point in my evangelistic work. Alongside my pastoral training, I served as the Lead Singer and Music Director of our church, developing both my leadership and worship gifts. In 2018, I organized my first Worship Conference, gathering believers to honor God through music and prayer.
While pursuing higher education, I became a Cell Leader and Head of Media at Champions Faith Family Chapel (CFFC) on campus. In 2019, I relocated to Accra to study TV and Film Production at GH Media School. During this period, I joined Timothy Bentum Ministries, where I currently serve as the Head of Media Ministry and Prayer Leader for our home cell meetings. My passion for prayer and media continues to fuel my mission of reaching souls through both technology and intercession.
Convention Experience
During high school, I encountered a life-changing mentorship with an old student who returned to host a program at our school. He later adopted me as a brother and together, we traveled across various senior high schools in Ghana, preaching the message of salvation and revival. These evangelistic missions exposed me to convention-style ministry and deepened my call as a preacher of the gospel.
My involvement in the Christ for All Nations Crusade with Evangelist Daniel Kolenda was another milestone. Being part of such a large-scale, Spirit-filled event refined my evangelistic gift and increased my burden for souls. I have since participated in and organized multiple conferences, workshops, and worship meetings, using every opportunity to draw hearts to Christ and stir revival among the youth.
